4. Structuring level one

Level 1 of the lesson is the main level, the first that the students see, the level that summarizes the main teachings of the lesson. The amount of material is reduced to the strict minimum: a short introduction, the presentation of an illustrative example, which is solved by the student following detailed instructions, an exercise, and finally a generalization of the concept(s) presented, possibly with additional examples (fig. 2).
