How to start a questionnaire?
A questionnaire is simply defined by inserting a simple line with the style Questionnaire and the Keyword Start.
It is evident that a web questionnaire does not span over more than one web page. This statement has therefore the effect of stopping all page breaks until the corresponding End statement is found. It has therefore the same effect than a NoBreak statement (Command style). Except for that side effect, there is no visible consequence until a question is inserted in the Word document. A questionnaire with no question at all is not permitted.
